Immerse your self in some cultural learning
Walk through the villages to the Dukuh Lontar and cultural learning centre, where you can learn how to etch into traditional palm leaves using Balinese ancient Script, “Aksara” whilst listening to the “Geguritan” story songs from long ago.
Have some fun getting dressed up and learning some of the traditional dance moves. We will serve you our home roasted Balinese coffee or Indonesian tea, and Karangasem style sweet treats during your cultural encounter, before walking back to Bali Asli.
Maybe continue your day of cultural immersion and join our staff to the night market for dinner with the locals!
