Culinary Encounter “Jamu and other magical potions”

This Culinary encounter will ignite your passion for natural medicines.

We will introduce you to many of the plants and spices that the Balinese forage for to make their traditional potions.  As you discover their medicinal as well as magical qualities of these ingredients, you will make a selection of “Jamu” or medicinal potions to sample. Then, enjoy the magnificent view with some home-fermented fruit ciders, juices and beers.  And perhaps stay for lunch.
