Our Cooking classes start at 8.00am with an adventure. Enjoy A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BALINESE LADY and join our Chefs to explore the morning market. Taste, sniff and wander your way around Amlapura market and help us carry the shopping! before returning to help make the flower offerings. OR have A DAY IN THE VILLAGE come trekking and meet our local community of farmers and villagers. Enjoy morning tea and traditional Balinese snacks as you learn the ancient art of etching onto Palm leaves “Lontar” make your own to take home.
When you return from your adventure, Get your hands dirty as we cook a classic Balinese lunch together using traditional equipment and cooking on fire. At 2.00pm we will sit and enjoy lunch and the breath-taking views over the valley to the Majestic Mount Agung.
